Terms of sale
These terms cover voluntary support (a “virtual coffee”) for Smakspor.
What are you paying for?
You are not buying a product or a service. The payment is voluntary support for the Smakspor project and grants no extra features, benefits or rights in the app. Smakspor is free to use without paying.
Amount and payment
You choose the amount yourself, from 5 kr to 10,000 kr. The amount is shown in Norwegian kroner (NOK) including any applicable taxes before you confirm. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never store your card number.
Right of withdrawal and refunds
Because this is a voluntary gift rather than a purchase of goods, small amounts are generally not refunded. If you paid by mistake, contact us within 14 days and we will sort it out.
Governing law
Norwegian law applies. Disputes are heard by Norwegian courts.
